Veterans Suicide Walk- Conducted Twice A Year

The walk’s central theme is “Not all wounds are visible”€�, a reminder that many veterans struggle with mental health issues such as depression, PTSD, and suicidal thoughts without showing obvious signs. The goal is to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage early intervention to help prevent veteran suicide.

This year, National Wreaths Across America Day will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2026. Join millions of volunteers and supporters who will gather to Remember, Honor and Teach at over 5,500 participating locations in all 50 states, at sea and abroad.
