Now in her seventh consecutive term as Auditor, Mrs. Warman is the longest serving auditor in Champaign County. Mrs. Warman was a deputy auditor prior to her first election and has forty-four (44) years experience in the accounting field.
Mrs. Warman is an active member of the County Auditor's Association of Ohio having served several years as secretary, then as treasurer and also as a member of the Executive Board. She also has twice been a recipient of the association's Distinguished County Auditor Award for successfully completing over 100 hours of continuing education during a term of office; and was the first recipient of the Richard J. Makowski Award for Outstanding Auditor.
She is also a member and past president of the Southwest District County Auditors' Association; member of the International Association of Assessing Officers, the Ohio Weights & Measures Association, The National Conference on Weights and Measures and the Ohio Government Finance Officers Association.
Mrs. Warman and her husband John reside in Mad River Township of Champaign County. They are the parents of three children, Jennifer Coey, John (Kelly), and James (Tammy), all of the Urbana area, and are the proud grandparents of Levi & Taylor-Renee Coey, Grace Warman and Cheyenne Warman.
Mrs. Warman is also a member of several social and professional organizations. A past chairman of the Champaign County Republican Club, Bonnie is the Central Committeewoman of the Mad River Precinct, and an associate member of the Champaign County Township Trustees Association. She is a member of the Westville United Methodist Church where she has held several administrative board positions and sings in the choir. She is also a member and past president of the Urbana Business and Professional Women.
