2010 TOP DOG CONTEST

promoting the "Importance of Dog Licensing and Animal Safety"
Open to every 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students in Champaign County.
Do you think your dog is the Top Dog living in Champaign county? If so, you could win the Top Dog license tag and prizes for your dog!
Here are the contest rule you must follow:
- The Contest is open to all Champaign County students currently in the 3rd, 4th and 5th grade.
- You must write, in 100 words or less, why you think your dog is the Top Dog in Champaign County. You will be judged on the essay only.
- The dog and student must live in Champaign County.
- Only one entry per student. We encourage you to create your own entry form with art work, but you will only be judged on the essay only.
- Please PRINT or TYPE clearly. Each entry must have: Students name, full address, telephone number, school, teacher's name and name of parent or guardian.
- Entries must be the sole work of the contestant--Mom, Dad or friends can't help you write this!
- All entries must be received in the Champaign County Auditor's Office by 4 PM, JANUARY 8, 2010 . Entries may be mailed or hand-delivered to the Auditor's Office at 1512 S Hwy 68, Suite B300, Urbana, Ohio 43078 or emailed to staylor @co.champaign.oh.us .
- Finalist will be selected by Dog Warden, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place awards will be decided by JUDGE Brett Gilbert & Lori Reisinger-Family Court.
- The Top Dog will receive a 2010 dog tag , free of charge, and the 2nd and 3rd place dogs will be awarded with prizes.
