Sales are held inside the Main Street doors of the Common Pleas Court House, 200 N. Main St. Urbana, Ohio 43078. Sale dates vary but are normally on Fridays at 10:00am. Sale dates and property listings are published in the Tuesday edition of the Urbana Daily Citizen.
All properties must sell at two thirds of the appraised amount.
Terms of sale are 10 percent down at the time of the sale balance is due upon confirmation of the sale and the delivery of the deed. Taxes are prorated to the date of the sale. .
